Our Story
Hello and welcome to Lazy D Hounds & Hunting Service LLC.
My names Casey Davis. First off I'd like to thank you for looking into are outfitt. Thank you it means a lot to me. Secondly I'd like to let you know from years of experience we have hunted just about all NM has to offer. We have hunted this state head to toe in pursuit of everything from apex predators to giant bull elk to the speed goats of the plain and exotic Barbary sheep in are southern deserts.
Hound Hunting is my passion graduating from the school of hard knocks me and my Hounds have had are fair share of bumps and bruises. Though it hasn't been an easy journey we're glad to say we've made it this far and look forward to showing you what all we can do. The experience and lessons you can learn from a pack of Hounds is truly a experience you'll never forget.

Lion hunting

50% is required down to reserve a spot and the other 50% is required when you arrive for your hunt.
These animals are one of my favorite ones to pursue behind a fine trained pack of Hounds. These hunts are done on either horse/mule, utv or out of a 4 wheel drive depending on where and when we are Hunting. It is a experience every outdoors enthusiasts should experience. It is something I focus 90% of my time on and something I am extremely passionate about.
Bear hunting
This is another one of my favorite animals that I also think every hunter and outdoor enthusiast should experience. These hunts are also behind a pack of well trained Hounds. The weather is great as these hunts take place from August to November in Western and northern New Mexico. We also do these hunts off horse /mule back, atv/utv, and from a 4x4 vehicle. We will provide a tent camp and cook in the mountains or put you up in a motel. We scout all summer and keep close eyes on these big bruins to hopefully give you a experience you'll never forget.

Big game hunts
New Addition
Antelope, Deer, Elk, and Barbary sheep. Just about all are hunts will be public land draw hunts in New Mexico and we can help you out with the draw and any species you draw in NM. We offer help with the draw system and can get you in the nm draw pool which increases your odds of 10%. We have killed elk that score 402BC and BIG desert mule deer that go into the 180 class. As well as 80 inch antelope and 30 inch Barbary sheep. If it's there we will find it or give an honest effort in looking for that trophy your after. Let us know how we can help you we will assist you with the draw and help you get on your way to your NM dream.

About
Our business established in 2022. Although we are a new outfit we are no stranger to the Hunting industry. Are dad started teaching us at a young age and from there the spark was made and are fire was lite. We started guiding as soon as we were Abel to obtain are licensed started guiding on tribal land and then through another really great nm outfit. That has taking me all over NM as well as Colorado and even into Arizona. My brother Dustin who you will more than likely meet if you book a hunt with us. Has guided for some of the same and a few other outfits going from Texas to Arizona and into Colorado as well. We are no slouch to this industry. We have both guided numerous 300 class bull elk even breaking into that 400 class mark. Not to mention numerous 160- 180 class mule deer, numerous 80 inch antelope and a few big Barbary sheep.
I also have a pack of extremely well trained lion and bear Hounds that is my true passion treeing multiple bears and lions a year this is my bread and butter.
We look forward to sharing our passion with you as well on your next adventure.
Some other people you might meet would be the rest of are family as well as close friends. We always like to keep are camps and Hunting adventures close with family as possible. That being said it is very possible to meet are wife's and kids in camp from time to time as well as are dad and other friends we might drag along to help out in camp and in the field to give you the best New Mexico Hunting experience you could have asked for.
